Today went ok. I learned that I am not alone. That everyone there feels the way I do - this information was imparted to me by the others working there via certain kinds of looks, quick smarky comments (real quick - no one dares let their unhappiness be known) and extreme subtle sarchasm (the kind that can't be picked up when English is a second language).
So I have wanted to offer you one of my sock monsters from my very first read of your blog, but didn't know how to broach the subject. Would you like one? A gift from one who does in fact sell monsters seperately? Look at some of my stuff at www.chibioni.com and let me know.
You know I signed up for a twitter account months ago and have been unable to figure out how to use it. Seriously. It is kind of funny really. I'll have to blog a little about the how's and why's of my monster creativity. And yep, I figured the day was not as bad as all that. More like figuring out the dynamic of the place and just how to squidge yourself in for just as long as neccesary.
Happy Valentines Day! I really enjoy your sincerity and sense of the ridiculous, I think you are very funny-I do! And I love that you love chapstick. Truly-you me and Peekaboo!
yes, it is!
ReplyDeletebeen soooooo busy forever it seems...I'm flattered anyone remembered me
;)
Glad I read it when I did. How did today go?

ReplyDeleteOmigod.
ReplyDeleteYou DO sell monsters (separately).
That has NEVER happened before in the history of this blog. In the history of me. Never.
I just saw some of your creations at your blog - and you are INCREDIBLY talented, my dear.
Yes. But I will purchase. You are too sweet to offer me one (and I do want one) we all need to make a living..
How do you do it? What inspires you?
